About Jason | Jason eats a plant-based diet consisting of mainly raw vegetables, fruits, nuts, seeds, herbs and superfoods. He has been eating this way for nearly a decade and enjoys extraordinary good health, balanced energy, clarity of mind and a deepened love and respect for the Creator and whole of Creation.
Prior to this, Jason, experienced extreme health challenges that nearly took his life. The Standard American Diet, including animal flesh, dairy, highly processed grains, hydrogenated oils and processed sugar is proven to promote illness. Shifting back to whole, natural foods, introducing the highest quality herbs and botanical formulas, and balancing bio-energetics has literally allowed him to regain physical, mental and spiritual vitality.
